Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup Paneer crumbled


  • 3 potatoes boiled and mashed


  • 1 bunch Spinach


  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste few Green Chilies to taste Salt handful Coriander leaves


  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp aamchur other ingredients:


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tbsp maida


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  • Crumble the paneer well. Wash and finely chop the spinach and mashed potato. In a bowl, take all the ingredients along with the flours. Mix well to get a smooth dough.
  • Ensure the tikki mix is not sticky
  • Heat a pan with little oil. take a ball sized vegetable mixture, and roll cylindrical shape. Finally dust them well on bread crumbs.
  • Place on the hot pan, sprinkle few drops of oil. Cook on low flame for the tikkis to get cooked well. Flip to the other side when it is done.
